Information this site and platform handle
InOperis handles information needed to provide the website, respond to demo requests, authenticate users, operate the platform, and keep the service secure. This can include contact details, account information, usage information, and content that a user or organization uploads to the platform.
Service providers
The current application uses Auth0 for authentication, AWS infrastructure for storage and hosting services, PostHog for product analytics, and Google Analytics on public marketing pages. The exact services and configuration applicable to an organization should be confirmed during deployment and contracting.
Surgical footage and privacy
Organizations remain responsible for patient consent, de-identification, retention, permitted use, and access decisions for footage they upload. Do not upload protected content until your organization has reviewed the applicable requirements and agreed to the InOperis deployment terms.
